But sometimes demand exceeds stock. When stock of an item, color, size has been depleted but we expect another shipment, we will note the item as backordered. We will notify you and keep you advised as to expected delivery. We never charge until your item is shipped. You may cancel at any time if you do not wish to wait.
We seek to provide you with unique items, crafted with care of the finest materials. This often involves working with smaller specialized companies, often family-owned, with years of experience and traditions of excellence. So when something unique is backordered it can take some time to be produced again. Something special is often worth the wait.
Billing is straight-forward. You will never be charged until what you have ordered leaves our building. Any charges appearing immediately are related to bank authorization of your card – a necessary process for handling all orders.
Delivery unless otherwise requested, is via UPS Ground. Packages ship from our facility in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Please allow an extra day for processing
Our standard for shipping is via UPS ground. Please provide us with a street address in the United States and we will have UPS deliver your order to you.
We conveniently charge a single flat fee of $11.95 for all continental U.S. delivery orders. If you want or need to expedite your order for any reason, pricing is as follows:

2nd Day Air packages will be delivered 2 business days after your order has been processed and Next Day Air packages will be delivered 1 business day after your order has been processed.
